Guest Policy & Dress Code

Visitors

Visitors must be accompanied by a member.  The member will be responsible for the visitors’ conduct and indebtedness.  Such visitors may enjoy the privileges of the club only a reasonable number of times each year.
 

Dress Code


ATTIRE

Golf Course and Practice Areas:

Attire should always be in conformance with what is normally expected at a private country club. Appropriate Golf attire is required on the golf course and practice areas at all times. Members are responsible for being familiar with the requirements and ensuring their guests are in compliance with the Club’s dress code as outlined below.   Per Club policy, the Golf Shop staff are asked by management to refuse access to the golf course or practice areas if a member or guest is not wearing proper golf attire.

A. Men’s Golf Attire:

  1. Only golf, tennis shoes, or golf sandals are allowed. Only “soft” spikes are allowed at any time.
  2. Slacks are recommended. Blue denim jeans are not permitted.
  3. Shorts must be mid-thigh or longer (mid-thigh is determined to be: the midpoint between the inseam and kneecap)
  4. Golf shirts must have sleeves and a collar. Mock turtleneck and blade collared shirts are permitted.  Golf Hoodies from golf specific vendors are acceptable
  5. No gym wear, T-shirts, sweatpants, fitness clothing or swim wear is allowed.
  6. Golf wear acceptable on the PGA tour is allowed.

 
B. Woman’s Golf Attire:

  1. Only golf, tennis shoes, or golf sandals are allowed. Only “soft” spikes are allowed at any time.
  2. Slacks, shorts, skirts, skorts, or dresses are recommended.
  3. Leggings, tights, and Yoga pants are only allowed in conjunction with the appropriate length skirts, shorts, or dresses. They are not allowed at any time worn by  themselves.  
  4. No gym wear, T-shirts, sweatpants, fitness clothing or swim wear is allowed.
  5. Tops allowed are golf shirts and golf tee shirts with short sleeve, long sleeve, or sleeveless. Halter tops, tube tops, spaghetti straps are not allowed.
  6. Golf dresses can be short or long sleeve or sleeveless. No halter dresses.
  7. Golf wear acceptable on the LPGA tour is allowed.

Clubhouse:

  1. At all social functions, members and guests must wear appropriate attire unless changes are approved by the committee, which notification will be contained in the activity announcement. 
  2. It is the responsibility of the members to see their guests dress appropriately for the occasion.
  3. All persons, including surprise guests, will not be permitted in the Clubhouse dining areas if not dressed in appropriate attire.


C. Men’s Dress Code:

  1. Removal of all hats in clubhouse is recommended
  2. Slacks are recommended. Blue denim jeans (Non ripped or frayed) are acceptable in the 1923, the Dining Room only on Thursday nights for overflow from the 1923 if needed, and card 
rooms only. 

  3. Shorts must be to mid thigh or longer (mid thigh said to be: the midpoint between the top of the 
inseam and kneecap). 

  4. No athletic shorts or sweat pants allowed in the clubhouse at anytime. 

  5. Shirts (appropriate) are required at all times and must have a sleeves.
  6. Business Casual dress is required in the dining room at all times excluding blue denim (exception would be Thursday night overflow).


D. Ladies Dress Code:

  1. Slacks, shorts, skirts, skorts, or dresses are recommended. Blue denim jeans (Non ripped or frayed) are 
acceptable in the 1923, the Dining Room on Thursday nights for overflow from the 1923 if needed, and card rooms only. Skirts, shorts, skorts, or dresses must be to mid thigh or longer (mid thigh said to be: the midpoint between the top of the inseam and kneecap). 

  2. No athletic shorts or sweat pants are allowed. 
  3. Halter tops are not allowed in the clubhouse. 


E. Gym Attire:

  1. Gym attire is not allowed in clubhouse past locker rooms at any time.
  2. Gym attire is not allowed on the golf course or practice facilities at any time


F. Pool Attire:

  1. Proper pool attire must be worn at all times by member and guests
  2. Men’s Shorts must be to mid thigh or longer (mid thigh said to be: the midpoint between the 
top of the inseam and kneecap). 

  3. Woman’s bathing suits must be appropriate for a family atmosphere
  4. Pool attire is not permitted in the clubhouse at anytime
  5. Pool attire is not allowed on the golf course or practice facilities at any time
