The Executive Committee shall supervise and direct the Manager and all other employees, subject to consultation with the Greens and House Committee when the Executive Committee so desires, and exercise any and all powers of the Board of Directors in the management of the affairs and business of this Golf and Country Club. The Executive Committee at all times answers to the Board.
The Finance Committee shall review and analyze all financial information and determine reports and recommendations to present to the Board. This Committee is also responsible for the preparation of the annual budget.
The Greens Committee shall have oversight of the Golf Course and property other than (a) the Club House, (b) Cart Storage buildings, (c) Swimming Pool and (d) Parking areas. The Committee shall also maintain the equipment replacement schedule for all grounds equipment, making semiannual equipment inspections and updating the schedule.
The committee shall make House and Ground Rules for the government of the members, and regulate all charges to be paid by the members for rooms, meals, refreshments, etc.
The Memberhip Committee is directed to focus attention on maintaining as full a membership for the Club as possible, and to present to the Board for its consideration such programs, functions, member events, membership drive concepts, and other ideas to attract and maintain Club members as the Committee determines.
The purpose of this committee is to counsel and advise the Club Professional on all matters pertaining to the operation of the Pro Shop. In addition, this committee will be responsible for counseling and advising the Club Professional, Club Manager and Golf Course Superintendent on all matters pertainin to the operation of WGCC sanctioned golf tournaments, exhibition matches and other golf events.
