Why Work at Wenatchee Golf and Country Club

Wenatchee Golf and Country Club offers a professional, team-oriented workplace built around service, respect, and pride in our club. Our employees play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for members and guests, and we value individuals who take ownership of their work and support one another across departments.

Working at the Club provides an opportunity to be part of a long-standing organization with strong community roots. Positions span golf operations, hospitality, food and beverage, grounds, events, and seasonal roles, offering a range of experiences in a private club environment.

All team members are expected to meet standard employment requirements, including eligibility to work in the United States, completion of required hiring paperwork, and adherence to Club policies related to professionalism, safety, and conduct. Certain positions may require background checks, certifications, or training depending on the role.

If we believe you are a good fit for Wenatchee Golf and Country Club, you can expect to hear directly from the appropriate department head regarding next steps. Due to the volume of applications, not all applicants will receive individual follow-up.

We appreciate your interest in joining our team and look forward to connecting with individuals who share our commitment to quality, teamwork, and service.

Open Positions

We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Clubhouse Maintenance team member to help keep our facilities clean, functional, and ready for members and events. This role blends janitorial work, light handy work, and event setup and teardown, both indoors and outdoors. It is a great fit for a self-starter who stays busy, notices the details, and takes ownership of their work without needing to be told what to do next. Because we are a club, our busiest times are often evenings, weekends, and holidays, so flexibility is essential.

This is a part-time position with hours that vary by season. For the right person, there is a real opportunity to move into a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform janitorial and general cleaning services throughout the clubhouse and surrounding facilities
  • Complete small handy work and minor repairs using hand tools
  • Set up and tear down for club events, both indoor and outdoor
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members, guests, and staff
  • Respond to facility needs as they arise and follow through on tasks independently
  • Support the broader team wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly

What We're Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in a job well done
  • Experience using small hand tools and comfort with light handy work
  • A self-starter who is task-oriented and works well with minimal supervision
  • Willingness and availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays
  • Ability to work on your feet and handle physical tasks both indoors and outdoors in varying weather
  • A positive, team-first attitude and a genuine desire to serve our membership

Schedule

Part-time, 25 to 35 hours per week, with hours fluctuating based on the season and club event calendar. Must be available to work nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed.
